We stand by the quality of our products and want total customer satisfcation. If you have any problems with your order please contact us within 7 days after you receive yout order.After these 7 days, we can not change your purchase, and or give you a refund. After you place an order we, will keep it standby for 2 hours. Within these 2 hours you can change the shipping and billing address, or change the color and size of your order. When we ship your order out, changes can not be made because all of the items on the website are custom made. Any defects or errors on our part will result in a replacement at no charge. We do not accept returns due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes,designs, colors, wrong shipping address, etc. Please do not return any items to us prior to consulting with us. To be eligible for a return and/or refund, the following conditions must also be met:
* The purchased item is either defective or does not match the customer’s order, as evidenced by the customer by means of photo(s) or video(s);
* If the purchased item is defective, such defect must not have been caused by any misuse, abuse or accidental damage of the purchased item by the customer;
* The purchased item must be unused and must be in the same condition that the customer received it;
* The purchased item must be returned in the original packaging.
For the avoidance of doubt, the following reasons do not constitute valid return and/or refund reasons (non-exhaustive list)*
* The customer ordered the item in a wrong size;
* The customer no longer wants the item;
* The customer finds the same item elsewhere at a cheaper price.
Refunds (if applicable).
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase to be sent to email@example.com (the receipt was sent to your email at the time you have purchased the product). Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable).
If you haven’t received a refund yet, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you made a payment with Paypal we will send your refund through Paypal. In case you did not receive your refund please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Sale items (if applicable).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges of items (if applicable).
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (we do not replace items due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc). If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at email@example.com. We will provide you with individual instructions.
Shipping your items back to us.
To return your product, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with order number. We will provide individual instructions based on your item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, it can take a couple days your exchanged product will arrive. If you are shipping back an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
